Delight, finesse and subtlety

Château Teynac - Saint-Julien

Château Teynac - Saint-Julien

Château Teynac is a Saint Julien unlike any other.

Its grape varieties are traditional for Medoc wines: a majority of Cabernet Sauvignon (70%), Merlot (28%) and Petit Verdot (2%): a proportion varying slightly depending on the vintage at the time of blending. The vines used to produce it are surrounded by those classified as Cru which constitute 95% of the appellation.

Château Les Ormes - Saint-Julien

Château Les Ormes - Saint-Julien

The vines of Château Les Ormes represent 1.5 hectares in the Saint-Julien appellation bought in 1995 by the Pairault family.

The wine is a blend from a very small production of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot and Petit Verdot. As a small entity within the appellation, it’s a “democratic” Saint-Julien with immediate pleasure, with the accessibility of a noble appellation.

Eléonore du Château Teynac - Saint-Julien

Eléonore du Château Teynac - Saint-Julien

Éléonore du Château Teynac, named after the owners’ daughter, is the second wine from Château Teynac. It pays homage to the family lineage by focusing on youth and freshness.

It is a wine full of sweetness and elegance. Its moderate aging in quality barrels allows it to be accessible and easily enjoyed from a young age.

Château Corconnac Red

Château Corconnac Red

Château Corconnac rouge is a “Cru bourgeois par excellence.” It’s a Haut-Médoc faithful to the characteristics of its appellation, structured and generous.

The grape varieties are 60% Cabernet Sauvignon and 40% Merlot, maturing in French oak barrels for 12 months.

Château Corconnac White

Château Corconnac White

This 100% Sauvignon Blanc completes the range with indulgence and freshness. The vines were planted as soon as the Pairault family arrived in the early 1990s. They produce just under 1,000 bottles per year on a very fine terroir.
